A new digital solution built in Figma for collaboration and rapid deployment.

Rite Aid came to the agency for an enhanced digital solution for their email campaigns. As digital lead, I was in charge of moving the team to a Figma workflow, designing a new pricing and button component Library and developing a new process for client reviews.

Email designs had to have enough flexibility to align to weekly circular promotions, yet consistent enough to be recognizably Rite Aid.

Working with client stakeholders, this system allowed us to deliver 6-8 emails weekly. We increased efficiency, reduced time to approval and development handoff all while allowing for increased flexibility for last minute updates due to fluctuating inventory changes.
